Sandra’s journey began several years ago while studying positive methods that transform lives. Sandra’s experience taught her that self-love is the key ingredient to create a magical life. “When you choose to love yourself, you open yourself to the wonders each day brings.”

Sandra enjoys these wonders through the practice of reflexology, reiki, meditation and applying the principles and philosophy of the late Louise Hay.
